LIV Fitness - Condado
This new LIV class is a hybrid of Pilates and Yoga focusing on low impact flexibility, muscular strength and resistance movements, while always emphasizing proper postural alignment, core strength and muscular balance. This class is accessible to all skill levels. Expect to work up a sweat and get your blood pumping, finishing the class with a well-deserved sweet savasana!
